As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Within the cooling-off period, send an e-mail to info@moldart.be<\/a> stating your order number and the products you wish to return. You then have a further 14 days to send the products back.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Return the product unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, together with all accessories. If a product has been used or damaged, we may charge for the reduction in value.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The costs of returning the product are at your expense, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

After receiving and inspecting the products, we will refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days via the same payment method.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Report this within 7 days of delivery to info@moldart.be<\/a>, stating your order number and including clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will find a solution as quickly as possible: a replacement, repair or refund.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

We apologise. Please let us know within 7 days. We will arrange the return and send you the correct product as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

No, the statutory right of withdrawal only applies to consumers. For business customers, a return is only possible with our prior written consent.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n \n How do I submit a complaint as a business?<\/span>\n \n \n <\/svg>\n <\/button>\n \n
