Dosing Plate Set This set includes: The top plate, designed to connect to your chocolate machine. The dosing plate, for accurate and consistent dosing of chocolate. Standard configurations are a 3 × 7 layout or a 3 × 8 layout. Other layouts are available upon request. The blind dosing plate: without pre-drilled holes, giving you the freedom to create a custom dosing pattern.
