Polyforms: a system with which it is possible to produce the finest chocolate garnishes, without breaking, in a minimum of time. The small shapes are 16 × 22 cm. There are 10 inserts for each shape that can be used hundreds of times. Method: one insert is placed in the mold and covered with chocolate.
