How does ordering work?

Choose your products

Add products to your cart. For machines, choose the right plug type: EU, UK, US or AUS.

Enter your details

Order with an account or as a guest. Businesses enter their VAT number in the billing details.

Pay securely online

Choose your payment method and complete the payment in the secure environment of our payment partner Mollie.

Receive your confirmation

You will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We will let you know as soon as your order is on its way.

Your order

No, you can also order as a guest. With an account you can track your orders, save your addresses and order faster next time.

Yes, contact us via the contact page. Our staff will be happy to help you with your order or quotation request.

For most products there is no minimum order quantity. Specific conditions apply to larger B2B orders and custom work. Please contact us for more information.

By placing your order, you accept our general terms and conditions. You will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Quotations and price estimates are not binding until we confirm them in writing.

Contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation requires our written consent. For custom work and custom-built machines, the cancellation conditions in our general sales conditions apply. As a private customer, you can exercise your right of withdrawal after delivery.

Prices and VAT

Prices in our webshop are shown excluding VAT. In the cart and at checkout you will see the total including VAT. VAT is calculated based on your billing address.

If you enter a valid VAT number from another EU country, we check it automatically via VIES and invoice without VAT (reverse charge). Belgian businesses always pay Belgian VAT.

Prices are valid on the day you consult the website, barring obvious errors. Images and product descriptions are not binding.

Payment

We work with our payment partner Mollie. You can pay with Bancontact, KBC/CBC, Belfius, iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or bank transfer, among others. You will see the available methods at checkout.

Yes. All payments are processed via a secure connection at Mollie. We do not receive or store any card details ourselves.

You will receive the payment details by e-mail. Please state your order number with your payment. As soon as we have received your payment, we will prepare your order for shipping.
