Shipping and delivery
We ship to chocolatiers all over the world. Shipping costs are calculated automatically in your cart, based on the destination, the weight and the type of product.

How much does shipping cost?
All rates exclude VAT. You will see the exact amount for your order in the cart once you have selected your country.
Shipping costs
We ship moulds, packaging and accessories together in one parcel. The rate depends on the destination and the total weight of your order.
- Parcels up to 20 kg: fixed rate per destination.
- Parcels from 20 kg: higher fixed rate, supplemented outside Europe by an amount per kg.
- Machines are packed separately and charged per machine.
- Paper rolls are shipped in sets of four rolls per parcel.

Outside Europe, the amount per kg is calculated on the total weight of your order.
We ship machines separately so that they arrive safely. For smaller machines up to 20 kg, we charge the rate for a parcel up to 20 kg per machine. For larger machines, the rate for parcels from 20 kg applies per machine. If in doubt, we will gladly prepare a price quotation for you in advance.
Delivery
Within Belgium, orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days. International shipments usually take 5 to 7 working days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are indicative. A delay does not entitle you to compensation or cancellation, as set out in our general sales conditions.
Within the European Union we ship with DPD. To the United Kingdom and destinations outside the EU we ship with UPS.
Yes, we deliver to more than 120 countries. For shipments outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may apply. These are payable by the recipient.
Check your parcel on receipt. Report visible damage or an incomplete delivery within 7 days to info@moldart.be, preferably with photos. Read more on our Returns page.
